With growing PCB miniaturisation laser cut stencils became a must. Our stencils are indispensable at fine pith PCBs and assure high printing reliability.

For stencil production we need file in following format:
- Gerber
- Extended Gerber (X-Gerber)
- AutoCad (.DXF, .DWG)

Material:
Chrom-Nickel stainless steel (longer service life than nickel silver). Available foil thicknesses (in m m): 50, 100, 120, 150, 180, 200, 250, 300, 400, 450, 500.

Laser working area: 595 x 495 mm
Max. stencil size: 800 x 600 mm

Deliver term:
Normal delivery term is three working days after receiving clear gerber data. Files should be on our e-mail address before 3pm.
